kiedy umrę kochanie gdy się ze słońcem rozstanę i będę długim przedmiotem raczej smutnym czy mnie wtedy przygarniesz ramionami ogarniesz i naprawisz co popsuł los okrutny często myślę o tobie często piszę do ciebie głupie listy - w nich miłość i uśmiech potem w piecu je chowam płomień skacze po słowach nim spokojnie w popiele nie uśnie patrząc w płomień kochanie myślę - co się też stanie z moim sercem miłości głodnym a ty nie pozwól przecież żebym umarła w świecie który ciemny jest i który jest chłodny |

when I die o my dear, when the sun disappears and a long subject rather sad I become will you gather me up then in your arms will entrap then and repair what a cruel fate’s done often thinking of you often writing to you stupid letters – with love and sad laughter - in the stove for safe-keeping word to word flames are leaping fall asleep in the ashes soon after looking dear at the flame I think – what will remain of my heart which so much love can hold and you should not permit that I from a world flit which is dark and with colours so cold |
