Niezwykła pijalnia.

Usługi gastronomiczne ciągle rozwijają się, i po kilku wiekach stagnacji zrobiono w tym zakresie istotny, nowatorski krok. 
W Kanadzie otwarto pierwszą chyba w świecie Stację Laktacyjną. U nas by to nazwano barem mlecznym, z tym jednak, że owa stacja kanadyjska jest czymś absolutnie unikatowym (unikalnym?). W stacji tej podaje się w kieliszkach jak do wina mleko damskie. Dawczyniami jest sześć pań, w odpowiednim chyba stanie fizjologicznym. Panie te psikają do kieliszków świeżutkie mleko na życzenie klientów. Klientami nie są oseski, ma się rozumieć. Te nie pijają mleka z kieliszków. Rzecz jest jeszcze na tyle fascynująca, iż jest to śmiałe połączenie sztuki z gastronomią. Inicjatywa podjęta została przez artystkę Jess Dobkin przy finansowym wsparciu (grancie wynoszącym 9.000 $CDN) Kanadyjskiej Rady dla spraw Sztuki (Canadian Council for the Arts). 

Unique Milkbar.

Gastronomic services are in a constant state of evolution; after several centuries of stagnation have taken a truly innovative step.

There has been recently opened in Canada surely the first in the world ‘Lactation Station’. We would have called it a ‘milkbar’, however, this Canadian ‘bar’ is in one respect completely unique (and perhaps should stay that way). In this bar, in wine glasses, is served women’s milk. The providers are six ladies in the appropriate physiological condition. These ladies, at the request of clients, spurt the freshest milk into the glasses. What makes the enterprise even more fascinating is that this represents a bold union of art and gastronomy. This initiative was taken by the artist Jess Dobkin with the financial support (a grant of $CD 9000 by the Canadian Council for the Arts).
